  • Let’s dream! What if by summer there was a piece of land available for those interested in participating in a Tiny House Village? No road, no driveway, no earthwork, maybe a field, maybe wooded. How would someone start? How could someone start? What would help those with limited means? How could small contributions of individual members benefit the community? How could the idea grow? What would be necessary? What could we get by with? Let’s brainstorm! What have you got to lose?

  • My Tiny House is coming along. I have electricity and heat now and I’m working on painting the interior. When that is done I’ll move in even though I’ll still have a lot to do. I’m saving for a piece of land and should have enough for a down payment soon. Also, I’m happy to share that I was contacted by DIY Network’s Tiny House Big Living a couple of weeks ago. I am too far along in y building process to be included in their show, (drats) BUT, they did express interest in hearing about the Tiny House Village when it gets underway!

  • I looked at a piece of land today with the owner. I really like it! I met this property owner through a like-minded mutual friend that I met at the last Meet-Up gathering. The owner isn’t sure what they’ll be doing with the property but they know my intentions and that is a good thing. The property ha an abutting neighbor who has a large parcel of land as well. I also hope to speak with that land owner soon. Both of these people seem like they would make great neighbors or maybe even partners! Here’s to networking! Thanks to Chris from Meet-Up!
  • Pass the word people! That’s how this idea will happen!
